Help Make a Difference
When you choose to do business with us, you are also helping kids right here in your own backyard. Each house we sell helps build happy homes and strong family relationships in our community through our corporate partnership with Children’s Home Society (CHS) and their early learning program. We are part of the Corporate Partners Program for CHS along with companies such as Boeing, Quadrant Homes, and Kiro News 7.
This program serves low-income families with children birth through three years of age, pregnant women and expecting fathers. Focusing on early child development, families in the program participate with staff in setting and achieving individual and family goals through a combination of services that include home visits, family center activities, and referral to other community resources.
For every home sold, we donate $200 to CHS’s Early Learning services in King County. Our goal is to provide a total of $10,000 to $15,000 to the program each year.

In addition to supporting CHS, we also contribute to the John L. Scott Foundation which is dedicated to ensuring that all children receive the medical care they need. The Foundation is funded by the generous donations and voluntary contributions enable the John L. Scott’s sales associates and employees. These voluntary contributions enable the John L. Scott Foundation to sponsor events that help raise millions of dollars for nineteen Children Hospitals throughout the Pacific Northwest.
